Salomeea Romanescu was born in Ploiești, Prahova County, Romania, and resides in Ilfov County. She holds a PhD in the History of International Relations and European Integration, with a focus on the integration of Central and Eastern European countries. She also completed Postgraduate European Studies at the Centre International pour la Formation Européenne (CIFE) in Nice, France, and at the Department of Political Science and European Affairs of the University of Cologne, Germany. In addition, she earned a European Master’s in Human Rights and Democratization from the University of Padua, Italy.
Her professional and academic interests include conflict resolution and peacebuilding for minority and indigenous representatives, studies undertaken at UNITER Geneva (United Nations) and Landegg Academy, Switzerland. She studied 24 foreign languages, as well as Sanskrit, Romani, and Hindi—considered her mother tongues—through advanced studies at the National Institute of Languages and Oriental Civilizations (INALCO), France, and the University of Bucharest.
Romanescu’s research seeks to develop a new integrative theory of knowledge uniting natural, social, and applied sciences with ethics and worldview principles, aiming to create a global system of peace. This approach is reflected both in her Postgraduate Thesis in International Relations and European Integration at the National School of Political and Administrative Studies (SNSPA), Bucharest, and in her spiritual and quantum medicine studies, where she trains future leaders of the “world spiritual-informational elite.” Her work spans cosmology, cosmomanism, and the history of religions.
Professionally, she has served as a Business Advisor, Training Coordinator, and School Inspector within Romania’s Ministry of Public Finance, Ministry of European Integration, and Ministry of National Education.
As a poet and philosopher, she has published children’s poems and philosophical poetry, earning national and international first-place awards. Her poem The Healing of Humanity encodes her “Theory of Everything,” a vision for a peaceful, integrated, and spiritually fulfilled global society.
